5. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 12 hours of receipt, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays when couriers are not operational.
Couriers: Domestic Bulgarian orders are shipped via SPEEDY. EU orders are handled by SPEEDY and their local partner couriers in the destination country.
Risk: The risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
 

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days, starting from the day you receive the goods.
Procedure: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via email. You must return the goods to our address (Ul. Ami Boue 24, 1606 Sofia, Bulgaria) at your own cost.
 

Refunds: We will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving the notification of withdrawal, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of postage.
 

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to your specifications or goods which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly (e.g., certain personalized body care items if unsealed).
