1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days from the day you received your goods, without providing any reason.
 

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and full refund, please ensure that:
The product was purchased in the last 14 days.
The product is in its original packaging.
The product has not been used or damaged.
The hygiene seal (if applicable) is intact. Due to the nature of our body care products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used for health and hygiene reasons.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred, provided you send us photographic evidence of the defect within 48 hours of delivery.
 

5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, bank transfer, or other).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
 

6. Exceptions
The following goods cannot be returned:
